1. Service Description

YourCleaningClients ("we", "us", "our") provides lead generation services for commercial cleaning businesses. We research and compile lists of commercial property contacts based on your specified geographic area.

2. What You Receive

Each order includes a CSV file containing approximately 50 commercial property leads with:

• Business name and address
• Phone number
• Email address (verified at time of research)
• Decision-maker name and title (when available)
• Google review data

3. Delivery

Leads are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

4. Data Accuracy

We research leads from public sources including Google Maps and company websites. While we verify contact information at the time of research, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy as business information changes frequently.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive leads with bounced email addresses or disconnected phone numbers, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide replacement leads at no additional charge. Replacements are limited to the number of verified bad leads reported.

6. No Exclusivity

We do not guarantee exclusive access to any leads. The same businesses may appear in lists delivered to other customers. All data is compiled from publicly available sources.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the leads only for legitimate business outreach. You will:

• Comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM and TCPA
• Not send unsolicited bulk emails without proper opt-out mechanisms
• Not misrepresent yourself or your services
• Not resell or redistribute the lead data

8. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. All sales are final except as provided in our replacement policy.

9. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with the quality of your leads, email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund—no hoops, no questions beyond "how can we do better?" This is in addition to our replacement guarantee for individual bad leads (Section 5).

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for any business outcomes resulting from your use of the leads.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
